Michelle Malone is a Women’s Leadership Coach, blogger, and middle school leader. She loves her various roles and the opportunity to build strong, positive relationships in each. What Michelle enjoys most about being a coach is the privilege of pouring into others as God has so generously poured into her. What she loves most about being a blogger is that she gets to share God’s promise to give us hope and a future with people across the globe. Finally, what she loves most about her role as a school leader is the unlimited potential for learning, nurturing , and growth. Leading in any capacity is hard work, but when you are called to do it, the Lord provides.
Michelle started this blog in 2015 as a means of chronicling her journey of Servant Leadership, but it has taken on a deeper purpose. It has become a ministry, a cozy space, and a place where friendships are forged. As visitors read about her every day experiences as seen through a spiritual lens, her hope is that their encounter with scripture will feed them in ways that will nourish and satisfy them.
Michelle’s posts are primarily about the importance of building relationships — hence the name of this blog, Two Are Better Than One. Inspiration for the name of this blog comes from Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 which punctuates the need to engage with others. No one should have to navigate the world alone. Our most important navigation tool is the word of God. Never leave home without it. Spend a little time in scripture each day to jump start your spiritual life. James 4:14 reminds us that life is short. Why not spend it together?
